CUT Steakhouse offers a relaxed fine dining experience sure to please the most sophisticated of diners. Our menu's main attraction is the dry aged USDA prime beef, aged and butchered in-house by our own exacting specifications however we have several unique entrees to choose from. Start your evening with a glass of award-winning wine, carefully selected by our very own Sommelier, or perhaps a popular Steak Ale. From our menu, savour a dry-aged New York Striploin, delicious Porterhouse, Kobe rib-eye or local filet mignon, all cooked to your specifications. Finish off with an amazing sampling of fine cheeses, a specialty liqueur and a decadent dessert. Downstairs, The Grill at CUT features a fun and funky atmosphere, perfectly paired with a diverse menu of delicious small courses, inspired by global cuisine and meant to be shared around the table. Take a seat in the large, comfortable bar area overlooking the open kitchen or outside on our beautiful patio overlooking Lower Water Street.
