Mount Greylock State Reservation

The reservation is a naturalist's delight, and includes over 60 miles of trails. The Appalachian Trail also winds its way across the reservation. 34 campsites, 5 group campsites and 5 backpacker shelters are available, as are picnic sites and a pavilion. The auto roads to the summit of Mt. Greylock are open for public use from mid-May through mid-October 24 hours a day.
