We play ONLY classic, authentic tracks across the following genres: hip-hop, r&b, reggae, 80s, disco, house, soul, rock, funk, electro, soca, calypso and more. We DO NOT play the same mix you hear everywhere else. We DO NOT play according to what's "hot" or "popualr" or "hip" or "in" or "trendy." We are real, hardworking folks (artist, lawyers, bankers, city employees, fashion designers, athletes, musicians, cooks, policemen, etc.) who just want to dance and be free and NOT put up with the regular NYC bull! Our patrons come from Uptown, Downtown, Harlem, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, New Jersey, Connecticut, Philly, Atlanta, D.C., the Carolinas, Texas, Virginia, Tennessee, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Toronto and Montreal, London, Paris, Denmark, Brazil, Ghana, Nigeria, Italy ... the list goes on. And they've been coming for 6.5 years and counting. We've been written up in every magazine, blogged about on every site, talked about in every corner of the club/music/entertainment world.
